General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Booking and Confirmation of Your Stay in Ardèche

The rental of your accommodation (chalet or pitch) at Camping Les Chênes Verts is confirmed only after we receive the signed rental agreement and the payment of the deposit. The final pitch or chalet is assigned by management on the day of your arrival.

Check-in / Check-out times:

• Arrival: after 4:00 PM
• Departure: before 10:00 AM

A written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit and signed agreement, subject to availability. For any booking made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment must be received; otherwise, the reservation will be considered canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.
 

Payment Terms

• Deposit: 25% of the total stay + €30 administrative fees (non-refundable)
• Balance: to be paid 30 days before arrival for chalets
• Accepted payment methods: credit card, cash, cheque, holiday vouchers, bank transfer

Security Deposit and Guarantees

• Security deposit: €200 per accommodation, refunded one week after departure if the property is returned in good condition
• Covers: damage to equipment at rates displayed at reception

Cancellation and Modification Policy

• No refund in case of late arrival or early departure
• No deposit will be refunded
• For any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, management reserves the right to decide based on the reason for cancellation
• All guests must comply with the camping rules

Camp Rules and Liability

• Rental is strictly personal and non-transferable
• Management is not responsible for theft, fire, weather damage, or accidents falling under the guest’s civil liability
• Compliance with the camp rules is mandatory for all guests

Optional Services

• Bed linen: €8 per bed per week
• End-of-stay cleaning: €40 if the accommodation is not returned in perfect condition
• Electricity: €4/night in low season

On-site facilities: swimming pool, sun loungers, volleyball court, pétanque, table tennis, communal barbecues, bar, take-away meals, playground, washing machine
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Aubenas Court is solely competent in case of dispute.
